Juniper Green Energy has fully commissioned its 75 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Maharashtra under a Power Purchase Agreement with Tata Power.
The project, developed through subsidiary Juniper Green Beam Eight, comprises 36.25 MWp of solar capacity and 50 MW of wind capacity. The solar component has been commissioned at Bhigwan in Pune and is connected to the Bhigwan substation, while the wind capacity is connected to the Nilanga substation in Latur.
The 50 MW wind component was commissioned in phases during July and August 2026, with the commissioning of the solar capacity completing the project. Tata Power has now been added to Juniper Green Energy’s customer base under the 75 MW PPA.
Following the commissioning, Juniper Green Energy’s operational renewable energy capacity has reached approximately 2,725 MWp, along with 503 MWh of BESS capacity.
