Fujiyama Power Systems has approved a ₹25 crore capital expenditure plan to expand its battery manufacturing capacity by 2 GWh across Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The move strengthens the company’s presence in the growing energy-storage segment.

- Ratlam’s total lithium battery capacity is expected to reach approximately 3.5 GWh after the expansion.
The new Hathras facility will also help replace 1.3 GWh of capacity lost in the May 2026 Bawal facility fire, while the Ratlam expansion will further scale Fujiyama’s lithium battery manufacturing capabilities.
