CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions has signed a term sheet with Envision Energy for the proposed procurement of 310 wind turbine generators, with a combined capacity of 1.55 GW.
Each turbine will have a capacity of 5 MW and will support CleanMax’s upcoming wind energy projects. As part of the proposed arrangement, Envision Energy will provide installation supervision and technical support for commissioning.
The definitive agreements are expected to be executed in phases through December 2028.
