KEC International Limited, an RPG Group company, has secured new Transmission & Distribution (T&D) orders worth ₹1,014 crore in India. The orders include the company’s first 765 kV transmission line project for power evacuation from a Pumped Storage Plant (PSP) in Western India.

The new order strengthens KEC International’s presence in India’s transmission infrastructure sector and supports the growing need for grid infrastructure to integrate renewable energy and energy-storage projects.

Commenting on the development, Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International, said the order from an existing client marks an important milestone for the company’s T&D business, particularly in supporting the infrastructure requirements of the renewables segment. With these wins, KEC International’s YTD order intake has crossed ₹9,600 crore.

The company continues to operate across transmission and distribution, civil construction, transportation, renewables, oil & gas pipelines, and cables and conductors.
