Triveni Power Transmission Limited (TPTL), a manufacturer of high-speed gearboxes and engineered power transmission solutions, has listed its equity shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The listing follows the demerger of the Power Transmission Business from Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited under a scheme approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The scheme became effective on May 19, 2026, with April 1, 2026, as the appointed date.

The company has listed 10,47,54,338 fully paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of INR 2. Under the demerger arrangement, eligible shareholders of Triveni Engineering & Industries received one equity share of TPTL for every three shares held on the record date.

The independent listing is expected to provide greater strategic focus, transparent performance evaluation and flexibility in capital allocation. Triveni Power Transmission plans to strengthen its presence across industrial, marine and defence applications while investing in technology, talent and engineering capabilities.

The listing marks a significant milestone in the company’s evolution as an independent power transmission solutions provider.
