Bengaluru-based manufacturing platform Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses has fixed the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at ₹143–151 per equity share. The ₹5,012.33 crore IPO will open for subscription on October 15 and close on October 19, 2026, targeting a valuation of approximately ₹25,583 crore.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹2,830 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 14.45 crore shares, valued at approximately ₹2,182 crore at the upper end of the price band. Existing shareholders, including co-founders Amrit Acharya and Srinath Ramakkrushnan, along with investors Peak XV Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Accel India, are participating in the OFS.

Zetwerk plans to utilise ₹2,160 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to repay or prepay borrowings. The remaining funds will support acquisitions, inorganic growth opportunities and general corporate purposes.

For FY2026, the company reported revenue of ₹15,913.3 crore, marking a 40.4% increase year-on-year, while its net loss widened to ₹1,606.1 crore. In the quarter ended June 2026, revenue grew 55.4% year-on-year to ₹4,117.9 crore, while the net loss narrowed to ₹732.9 crore.

The company’s shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 23, 2026, with allotment expected to be finalised on October 21.
