Bondada Engineering Limited has received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) to migrate its equity shares from the BSE SME platform to the NSE Main Board. The approval marks a significant milestone in the company’s capital market journey.

The approval was conveyed through a letter dated October 14, 2026, following an earlier in-principle approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on September 9, 2026, for migration to its Main Board.

The company will now complete the remaining regulatory and procedural formalities required to finalise the migration.

Key Highlights

  • Company: Bondada Engineering Limited
  • NSE Approval: In-principle approval received
  • BSE Approval: Received on September 9, 2026
  • NSE Approval Date: October 14, 2026
  • Next Step: Completion of applicable regulatory and exchange formalities

The proposed migration is expected to enhance Bondada Engineering’s visibility in the capital markets and strengthen its engagement with investors and other stakeholders.

The company operates across several infrastructure sectors, including renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), telecommunications infrastructure and railways. Its continued expansion across these areas supports its broader growth ambitions.

According to the company’s management, the approvals represent an important step towards establishing its presence on the Main Boards of both exchanges and supporting its long-term growth objectives.

The migration is not yet finalised and remains subject to completion of the required formalities.
