ACME Solar Signs 300 MW Power Supply Agreement with SECI at ₹6 per Unit

ACME Solar Holdings Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Greentech Twenty Private Limited, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for 300 MW / 1,200 MWh of assured peak power supply under SECI’s Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE-IX) tranche. The agreement carries a tariff of ₹6 per unit, with an effective date of October 6, 2026.

The project will integrate solar power generation with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to deliver electricity during non-solar hours, particularly during evening and nighttime peak demand. ACME Solar will supply 4 MWh per MW of contracted capacity for four hours daily and maintain at least 90% monthly availability.

Following the agreement, ACME Solar’s under-construction portfolio with signed PPAs has reached 4,310 MW, out of a total under-construction contracted capacity of 5,380 MW. The project supports India’s efforts to improve renewable power dispatchability and grid reliability as the share of clean energy increases.
