India: Headsup B2B has signed a strategic distribution partnership with INA Solar to market and distribute solar modules to EPC companies, channel partners, project developers, and institutional customers across India. The collaboration supports the company’s plan to significantly expand its presence in the renewable energy sector.
The partnership aims to build a ₹150 crore annual solar distribution business, with Headsup B2B targeting 40% of its overall revenue from its solar business by FY27. During the initial one-year term, the company expects to generate approximately ₹20 crore in business through the collaboration while strengthening its dealer and regional distribution network.
The agreement reinforces the growing demand for reliable solar distribution channels in India and is expected to enhance the availability of high-quality solar modules for commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects nationwide.
