DRIVN, an EV leasing platform focused on heavy commercial fleets, has partnered with AVG Logistics to deploy up to 100 electric trucks across India, marking a significant step toward scaling electric heavy-duty freight.
The partnership will begin with an initial deployment of 30 electric trucks in August 2026 under a long-term logistics contract. The remaining vehicles will be deployed in subsequent phases, with specific routes and corridors to be announced later.
The collaboration combines AVG Logistics’ established freight operations with DRIVN’s leasing-led EV financing model, aimed at making the transition to electric commercial fleets more practical and scalable.
The deployment will support long-haul and industrial logistics operations, highlighting the growing commercial case for electric heavy-duty trucking in India.
