Hoymiles has commissioned a 7.7 MW solar power project in Gaya, Bihar, under the PM-KUSUM Yojana, marking the company’s first project under the initiative in the area.
The project uses 20 units of Hoymiles’ 350 kW HINV350HX-G2 string inverters and is designed to supply renewable electricity to the grid while supporting Bihar’s agriculture-driven economy.
Naw Dharam Energy served as the EPC partner, while Sun Solista was the distribution partner for the inverter supply. The HINV350HX-G2 inverters feature six 75-amp MPPTs, support 182 mm and 210 mm PV modules and offer maximum efficiency of 99.05%.
The project is expected to support cleaner and more reliable electricity for agricultural activities, including irrigation, while contributing to the expansion of decentralised solar generation under PM-KUSUM.
