Replus Engitech Private Limited, a subsidiary of Bhilwara Energy, has secured orders worth ₹217.56 crore from Indus Towers Limited for the supply of Lithium-Ion Battery Banks. The order value is inclusive of GST.
The orders are scheduled to be executed on or before March 31, 2027, or by a mutually agreed extended date. The transaction is domestic and does not fall under related-party transactions.
Replus Engitech operates in lithium-ion energy storage solutions, with applications spanning stationary storage, telecom and e-mobility. The company also has capabilities across battery management and energy management systems.
The order adds to Replus Engitech’s growing presence in India’s battery energy storage and telecom infrastructure ecosystem.
