Kshema Power has appointed VN Kalyanasundaram (VNK) as Head – Projects, strengthening its project execution and delivery functions.
Kalyanasundaram has been associated with Kshema Power for over eight years and brings more than three decades of experience across the cement, construction and energy sectors, with expertise in supply chain management, procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics and operational performance.
In his new role, he will focus on project execution, foundation work, material management, site coordination and overall project delivery, while strengthening alignment between planning and on-ground execution.
His experience in cost optimisation, vendor management, procurement strategy, logistics efficiency and operational excellence is expected to support Kshema Power’s efforts to strengthen execution discipline and improve consistency across project sites.
