SLR Solar Pvt. Ltd. has secured inclusion in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) – List-I, marking an important milestone in the company’s expansion within India’s domestic solar manufacturing sector.

Under the approval, SLR Solar has an annual manufacturing capacity of 1,020 MW for its N-Type TOPCon G12R 132 Half-Cut Bifacial Solar PV Modules, manufactured at its facility in Kishangarh, Rajasthan.

The ALMM List-I approval strengthens SLR Solar’s position in India’s solar manufacturing ecosystem and enables its approved module models to participate in applicable government-backed solar projects. The development also supports India’s broader efforts to strengthen domestic photovoltaic manufacturing and reduce dependence on imported solar equipment.

SLR Solar’s manufacturing facility incorporates automated and AI-driven production systems, supporting the manufacturing of high-efficiency TOPCon modules designed for large-scale solar applications.

With India’s solar capacity continuing to expand and demand for domestically manufactured modules increasing, ALMM approvals are becoming increasingly important for module manufacturers seeking opportunities in the government-supported renewable energy market.

The latest milestone positions SLR Solar as an emerging participant in India’s growing solar manufacturing landscape while contributing to the country’s Make in India and clean energy objectives.
