The order has been received and accepted by the company’s material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, from a prominent domestic Independent Power Producer (IPP)/EPC player. The name of the customer has not been disclosed.
According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the contract involves the supply of solar PV modules and is scheduled to be executed by March 2027. The transaction is classified as a commercial order and does not involve any promoter or promoter-group interest in the awarding entity, nor does it constitute a related-party transaction.
