Chirayu Power Pvt. Ltd. has announced the successful commissioning of the first phase of its 5.6 MWp solar power project at Jambuldhaba in Malkapur, Buldhana district, Maharashtra.
Developed under the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company’s (MSEDCL) MSKVY 2.0 Component C scheme for the Baidyanath Group, the project marks a step towards strengthening renewable energy generation and energy security in Maharashtra.
The solar project features a DC capacity of 5.6 MWp and an AC capacity of 4.0 MWp. Located in Jambuldhaba, Malkapur, the facility represents Chirayu Power’s continued efforts to deliver utility-scale clean energy infrastructure across the state.
The company stated that the project was executed with a focus on integrity, safety, and precision, reflecting its commitment to quality project delivery. The commissioning of the first phase is expected to contribute to the growing adoption of solar energy under Maharashtra’s renewable energy development initiatives.
With the first phase now operational, Chirayu Power is preparing to move forward with the next stage of project development.
