Enviro Infra Engineers’ Arm Bags INR 228 Crore EPC Contract for 100 MW Wind Project in Maharashtra
Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has announced that its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from ARIE Energy LLP for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works for a 100 MW wind power project in Maharashtra. The contract is valued at INR 228 crore, excluding GST.
The project involves turnkey EPC works for the development of the 100 MW Ajani Wind Power Project, located in Ajani, Shirur Anantpal taluka, Latur district, Maharashtra. According to the company’s regulatory filing, the project is scheduled for completion by July 31, 2027.
The latest order further strengthens Suyog Urja’s presence in India’s wind energy EPC segment and adds to Enviro Infra Engineers’ growing renewable energy portfolio.
In September 2026, Suyog Urja secured an EPC contract worth approximately INR 190 crore from Tata Power Renewable Energy for a 180 MW NTPC wind power project at Parli, Maharashtra.
Enviro Infra Engineers expanded into the wind EPC segment through its acquisition of Suyog Urja in a transaction valued at INR 311 crore, to be completed in three tranches. The expansion complements the company’s existing renewable energy interests in solar power and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
The latest contract marks another step in the group’s efforts to expand its renewable energy infrastructure business amid growing opportunities in India’s clean energy sector.
