Evolve Green Targets 3 GW Renewable Energy Portfolio by 2030
Evolve Green Energies, the flagship company of Evolve Energy Group, has announced plans to build a 3 GW portfolio of owned renewable energy assets by 2030, marking a strategic expansion into long-term clean power generation and renewable asset ownership.
The strategy will integrate Evolve’s existing capabilities across solar manufacturing, EPC and operations & maintenance (O&M) with direct ownership and operation of renewable energy projects. The company expects this integrated model to strengthen control over project execution, costs, quality and long-term asset performance.
Evolve expects around 130 MW of capacity to become operational during the current financial year, while more than 300 MW of projects are currently under development. The broader 3 GW roadmap is expected to be supported through project debt, strategic equity and a potential future public listing.
Once fully operational, the planned portfolio is expected to generate more than 4 billion units of clean electricity annually and could help avoid approximately 3 million tonnes of carbon emissions each year, according to company estimates.
The expansion strengthens Evolve Energy Group’s integrated clean-energy model, spanning manufacturing, EPC, renewable asset ownership, O&M and residential solar solutions.
