Pace Digitek Limited has secured a significant domestic order worth ₹92.93 crore for a 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project, further strengthening its presence in India’s rapidly growing energy storage market.

The contract has been awarded to Lineage Power Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek, by Kalpa Power Private Limited (KPPL). The scope includes the supply and commissioning support for the 100 MWh BESS project.

According to the company’s disclosure, the project is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026. The order, valued at ₹929.25 million including GST, is entirely domestic in nature.

Pace Digitek also stated that its promoters, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in Kalpa Power. As a result, the transaction is not classified as a related-party transaction and has been executed on an arm’s-length basis.

The latest order adds to Pace Digitek’s growing energy storage portfolio as India accelerates the deployment of utility-scale BESS infrastructure. Large-scale battery storage is increasingly becoming a critical part of the renewable energy ecosystem, supporting grid flexibility, improving the integration of variable solar and wind generation, and enabling more reliable power supply.

The 100 MWh project further underlines the expanding demand for advanced energy storage solutions in India and strengthens Pace Digitek’s position in the country’s evolving clean energy and grid infrastructure landscape.
