Roofsol Energy Pvt. Ltd. has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Associated Capsules Group (ACG) in Maharashtra for a 5 MWp solar power project integrated with a 4 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
The project marks Roofsol Energy’s first BESS order in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) segment, strengthening the company’s focus on providing integrated renewable energy and energy-storage solutions for industrial customers.
Through the project, solar generation will be combined with battery storage to help ACG optimise energy consumption, improve energy resilience and increase the use of cleaner power across its operations.
