Foster Energy Private Limited and Festa Solar Private Limited have announced a strategic partnership formalised at Windergy India 2026 to explore and pursue opportunities across solar energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
The collaboration brings together complementary capabilities across engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project development, land acquisition, approvals, project execution and operations and maintenance (O&M). It also covers solar modules, inverters, BESS and balance of system (BOS) solutions.
Under the partnership, the companies aim to explore opportunities across multiple market segments, including utility-scale solar, rooftop solar, commercial and industrial (C&I) projects, open-access renewable energy and government tenders.
The association is intended to combine the strengths of both organisations to support project development and execution while creating opportunities for long-term business growth in the renewable energy sector.
Foster Energy also acknowledged the contribution of Mr. Sampath Subburam, CEO of Festa Solar, highlighting the trust and shared vision underpinning the partnership.
The collaboration reflects the growing importance of strategic partnerships in accelerating renewable energy deployment by bringing together technical expertise, project capabilities and execution resources.
Through this association, Foster Energy and Festa Solar aim to identify new opportunities and contribute to the development of India’s solar energy and energy storage ecosystem. Both companies have also invited developers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), investors, technology providers and other renewable energy stakeholders to explore potential collaborations.
