New Delhi, India: GK Energy, a decentralised renewable energy infrastructure company focused on solar infrastructure deployment, has reported strong financial and operational performance for Q1 FY27, with its revenue from operations rising 71.10% year-on-year to ₹505.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹86.11 crore, increasing 47.72% compared with ₹58.30 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) also recorded significant growth, reaching ₹59.67 crore, up 61.55% year-on-year from ₹36.94 crore.

GK Energy attributed the strong quarterly performance to its low-capex operating model, continued project execution and increasing demand for decentralised solar infrastructure across India. Its operating model is supported by OEM/ODM manufacturing partners and an extensive installation and commissioning network.

As of June 2026, GK Energy had cumulatively installed more than 164,500 renewable energy systems and commissioned over 726 MW of renewable energy capacity across India. The company’s operational footprint now extends to more than 7,500 villages, supported by warehousing, logistics and installation infrastructure across multiple states.

Gopal Kabra, Chairman and Managing Director of GK Energy, said the company remains focused on scalable and disciplined growth as India’s renewable energy transition creates opportunities for expanding access to clean and reliable power. The company expects its project pipeline, execution ecosystem and expanding market presence to support continued growth.

The latest performance highlights the growing role of decentralised renewable energy, distributed solar systems and rural clean-energy infrastructure in India’s energy transition, particularly as policy support continues to encourage solar adoption, energy security and rural electrification.
