Hi-Tech Radiators has appointed Gaurav Vani as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 2026. Vani brings more than 16 years of strategic finance leadership experience across Indian and international operations.
In his new role, Vani will oversee financial planning and performance, capital allocation, funding, governance, compliance and enterprise risk management. He will also lead the integration of financial systems and processes, along with digital transformation and AI-enabled finance initiatives to strengthen financial visibility and data-driven decision-making.
Prior to joining Hi-Tech Radiators, Vani served as Group Finance Head at Soujanya Color, where he held multiple leadership positions over more than 13 years. His appointment comes as Hi-Tech Radiators strengthens its operations in India and expands its international footprint.
