Oyster Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Sandeep Arora as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its renewable energy portfolio and accelerates growth in India’s commercial and industrial (C&I) clean energy market.
Arora brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, infrastructure and renewable energy. His expertise spans capital raising, project finance, financial planning, investment strategy and risk management, along with experience in financing large-scale renewable energy projects and managing complex capital requirements.
In his new role, Arora will oversee Oyster Renewable’s financial strategy, capital management and long-term financial planning. He is expected to play a key role in supporting portfolio expansion, optimising capital deployment and pursuing new growth opportunities.
The appointment comes at an important stage in Oyster Renewable’s growth journey as the company continues to strengthen its presence in the C&I segment and develop scalable clean energy solutions for businesses across India.
