Suzlon Group has secured a 250 MW wind turbine supply order from Torrent Green Energy, taking its total FY27 order intake beyond 1.1 GW. The latest order also strengthens the long-standing partnership between Suzlon and Torrent, with cumulative orders now exceeding 1.3 GW across India.
Under the agreement, Suzlon will supply 76 S144 wind turbine generators, each rated at 3.3 MW, along with grid integration and long-term operations and maintenance (O&M) services.
The partnership spans projects across Gujarat, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh, with the latest order further strengthening Suzlon’s presence in Madhya Pradesh, which is emerging as an important wind-energy market.
