Vashi Integrated Solutions has signed a pan-India Distribution Agreement with Sigenergy to strengthen India’s smart energy ecosystem and accelerate the adoption of advanced energy solutions across residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) markets.
Under the partnership, Vashi will leverage its distribution capabilities and extensive partner network to expand Sigenergy’s presence across India. The companies will also focus on building Sigenergy’s partner and installer network, supported by training and technical assistance.
The portfolio will cover advanced energy storage systems and AI-enabled energy management solutions for residential and C&I applications. Sigenergy will also benefit from Vashi’s distribution and service network spanning 39 fulfilment centres, 7,500+ pincodes and 120+ cities across India.
The collaboration comes amid growing demand for renewable energy and energy storage solutions in India, supporting wider access to intelligent and integrated energy technologies.
